Each frame that goes through the factory contains a quality assurance sticker. After each stage the frame passes through, the quality is then inspected and confirmed.
Any frame found to be unsatisfactory is marked and then corrected immediately or returned to the area concerned.
A random number of frames are fully inspected each day to ensure that the quality criteria set is met. The results of these inspections are then used in the ongoing training process. The criteria used to set quality levels are based on Australian Standards. All glazed frames also carry an Australia Window Association rating sticker. This indicates the rating that the window has been tested to by a NATA accredited agency.
