How to Get a Quote

Once you have decided on the type, style, size, hardware , timber species , and glazing requirements of your windows and doors, follow the steps below to get a quote:

1. Provide us with a detailed copy of your plans, indicating the product specification details. These details can be mailed , faxed or emailed.

2. Our aim is to turn quotes around as soon as possible, without unnecessary delay.

3. Once you are happy with the details on the quote, mail , fax or email a confirmation of acceptance to us.

4. We will convert your quote into an order within 24 hours of receiving your quote acceptance and signed documentation. We will also provide you with an estimated delivery date.

We will also confirm the delivery date with you to ensure you will be ready to accept delivery on the estimate date given. If not, alternative arrangements will be made with you.

5. Once you have received delivery, we will contact you to ensure you are happy with the product and level of service provided.
